Medical education… quality?

Abstract

The conditions in which education is given within the training of specialists in different branches of medicine currently have many points that must be reflected upon, since the quality is diminished due to customs such as marked hierarchies, excessive work and study, punishments, threats and others. This has had consequences that, on many occasions, do not allow students to pursue a quality educational process, since their basic needs are not fully covered; this causes clinical errors and lack of motivation and even desertion of students.
