Abstract

This article proposes to analyze the theoretical contributions of Carol Gilligan’s ethics of care that vindicate and incorporate the feminine moral experience in the classical theory of justice. From this analysis, a reflection is made on the need to go beyond a simple opposition between equality and difference to recognize the importance of linking the principles of justice with the search for a subjective télos of human life

Maestra y doctora en Filosofía por la UNAM. Es docente de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, donde ha impartido diferentes asignaturas relacionadas con el campo de la filosofía e historia de la educación. Asimismo, ha desarrollado varios proyectos de investigación sobre los temas de educación en valores, educación cívica y problemas de género. Es autora de varios artículos sobre temas de su interés y ponente en diversos congresos. Sus áreas de interés son la filosofía de la educación, de la cultura y ética
