The Porblem of Justice in a Different Voice. Carol Gilligan and the Moral Relevance of the Female Experience

This article proposes to analyze the theoretical contributions of Carol Gilligan’s ethics of care that vindicate and incorporate the feminine moral experience in the classical theory of justice. From this analysis, a reflection is made on the need to go beyond a simple opposition between equality and difference to recognize the importance of linking the principles of justice with the search for a subjective télos of human life
