    La libertad siempre ha sido una concepción escurridiza, un algo indefinible que, como dijo san Agustín con respecto al tiempo “si nadie me lo pregunta, lo sé; pero si quiero explicárselo al que me lo pregunta, no lo sé”; y, sin embargo, su indefinición no conduce a equívoco, a ambigüedades o, peor, a su inexistencia. Se palpa, se siente y se vive. Los temas que componen la sección monográfica del presente número abordan desde diversas posturas teóricas, el concepto de la libertad.

  • Paz y justicia: Avatares del mundo y la alteridad

    El tema de este número de la revista Intersticios, indaga las distintas vicisitudes del hombre y sus acciones en el mundo, concebidas como sus consecuencias y constructos, para comprender y reflexionar la justicia en su intento por promover y hacer frente a la barbarie buscando la paz, aunque aún no se sepa lo que ellos son. En este sentido, la publicación invita a pensar la noción ontológica de los conceptos aludidos, sus vivencias, mediaciones e intentos de instauración; invita a reflexionarlos para comprender
    y actuar.

  • Alcances de la hermenéutica analógica. Homenaje a Mauricio Beuchot

    Pensar en la hermenéutica analógica requiere un momento de pausa. Esta pausa sólo sería para comprender cuáles son los límites y los alcances de nuestra interpretación de la realidad, de lo que acontece en tanto que real: textos, diálogos, acciones, arte; en fin, todo el compendio que nos comprende como intérpretes de lo real. Asimismo, esta pausa nos hará pensar en los treinta años de la propuesta de Mauricio Beuchot. Treinta años de los casi cincuenta de su labor filosófica, la cual no se reduce sólo a la hermenéutica ni a su propuesta. La labor filosófica de Beuchot surge desde los albores de la filosofía analítica y pasa por los estudios que ha realizado sobre filosofía medieval, filosofía novohispana, y se extiende tanto en la historia de la filosofía, como en las vertientes de este saber; incluso, sus estudios realizados han rebasado la propia filosofía, de tal manera que ha comprendido una labor teológica, psicoanalítica, jurídica, política literaria, entre otras disciplinas. Todo ello le ha valido en diálogos serios con filósofos de la talla de Józef Maria Bocheński, Paul Ricoeur, Gianni Vattimo, Maurizio Ferraris y Jean Grondin. Esto comprende su labor intelectual, su labor filosófica y su reflexión en la solidificación de la hermenéutica analógica; de hecho, hace no mucho, Grondin, quien fue alumno destacado de Hans-Georg Gadamer, dijo que la hermenéutica analógica de Mauricio Beuchot es de las más innovadoras que hay en la filosofía mundial.

  • The mystical-religious experience

    What is the relationship of philosophy with the mystical-religious experience? Philosophy, as the maximum realization of thinking, is an investigation whose purpose is to make understandable the fundamental experiences that constitute living. For this reason, the philosopher cannot omit the relative analysis of the way in which the relationship with God and the gods determines the understanding that man has of himself, of the world in which his daily life develops, of others. , of things and of the totally Other.


    In recent years there has been a boom in philosophical studies on religious and mystical phenomena. As soon as the erroneous idea that the religious attitude was a consequence of ignorance and that it would disappear with the progress of scientific knowledge was overcome, the need to investigate became evident, starting from the recognition that religion is a transcultural phenomenon: Why? What impact does the way in which each society represents the divine in its form of organization have? What are the essential features of the religious phenomenon? In what sense does religion found the meaning of the world and existence?


    Under the awareness that, in addition to facing the specific problems of each era and context, philosophy cannot neglect perennial questions, the articles that make up the monographic section of this issue respond to diverse philosophical and theological approaches and references.


    Its authors have in common the desire to understand some aspect of the religious experience; but they differ in their approaches and contributions, which range from reflection on the ethical repercussions of the experience of God, to the call to courageously assume that the god-concept of metaphysics “has died.”
