Abstract

This article intends to apply the analogic hermeneutics to human rights in a multicultural field. Such rights can be understood in different ways by diverse cultures. And an intercultural dialogue is needed to avoid their interpretation in a similar way, in order to not loose, although the differences, their universal value.
