Suppression of the figure from the union registry

Abstract

This article intends to analyze the constant violation of the freedom of association of workers in Mexico through the figures of taking note and union registration, which have been characterized as a state legal lock. Likewise, it will be linked to the content of International Conventions 87 on freedom of association and 98 on the right to organize and collective bargaining of the International Labor Organization and the importance of the ratification of the latter by our country will be highlighted; pointing out some points of the 2019 labor reform in collective matters.
